How do I place an order?

Select the items you would like to buy, click add to basket, then click checkout and complete address and payment details. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processing systems of square and PayPal.  At events we also accept cash.

How long will I wait for my order to arrive?

Orders are despatched within five days and we use second class postage.

How will my order arrive?

Royal Mail deliver all our UK parcels. We prefer to use signed for service so we know your order has arrived safely. Outside the UK we still send using Royal Mail.

What if I want to send something back?

Please contact us by email to let us know why you need to return something. We will get in touch with details on how to do this. Please note personalised items cannot be refunded.

When will I get my refund?

As soon as we have received the item back and it has been processed, we will issue your refund straight away.

How does pre – order work?

You select your items as usual. Process through checkout and pay. Once paid for your order is confirmed and that stock will be reserved for you. When we receive delivery we will despatch your order within 5 days.

What if my pre – order isn’t available?

We do occasionally have supplier issues with some product lines. If we don’t have a suitable alternative we will refund you for the missing items.

When will I get my pre – order?

All pre-orders will be despatched within 5 days of stock arriving. Orders will be sent using our normal delivery service.

Please note in the current circumstances we advise you to allow extra time for delivery. As it gets closer to Christmas Royal Mail and all other services will be busier than usual. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
