Returns Policy

If you’ve found this page, it means you are either thinking about buying from us, or already have, which makes the elves very happy!

We certainly accept returns, after all, you can’t expect to make a buying decision just from our descriptions alone!  We try our best to make them as accurate as possible, but sometimes it just doesn’t look quite how you thought it would.

If you need to send something back, please make sure it’s not from Bailey’s elf team.  All the personalised items they make and send out aren’t able to be returned – sorry!

Ok, so it’s not personalised, and you would like to return it.

Firstly, you need to send an email to elf Aerin in our returns department (make sure it’s within 14 days of you receiving your order).  She’ll be happy to have a job to do (she’s always saying it’s good she’s not busy).

Once she’s replied, follow the instructions to return your purchase.

when Aerin has received your return and checked everything’s ok, she will process your refund.  You should get this within a few days, if it’s over a week please get back to Aerin and she will follow it up.

What if it’s broken or doesn’t work?

If you do receive something that’s faulty, please email Aerin straight away.  She will ask for a picture if it’s broken and will get straight on with sorting it all out for you.  She’s happy to replace or refund genuine complaints, but please allow her a couple of days to get it all sorted out.  If you need to return the item she will let you know and will pay for the return of a faulty item.  She’s also great at sending out replacements if you request one.
